Dans le cadre de La Nuit blanche à Montréal, la famille d’Afrikana Soul Sister s’élargit pour vous présenter le Soul Sister Remix Project. Le multi-instrumentiste, réalisateur et arrangeur québécois aguerri Jean-François Lemieux ainsi que le percussionniste sénégalais Fa Cissokho seront accompagnés de cinq invités d’ethnies différentes: Naxx Bitota, Dawn Cumberbatch, Sasa, RNeuf Jck et Kayiri.

Le Soul Sister Remix Project est une continuité d’Afrikana Soul Sister puisqu’il y a toujours cet état d’esprit de vouloir apprendre les uns des autres. En effet, le rapprochement des communautés est au cœur du projet. Les chansons des artistes invités ainsi que celles d’Afrikana Soul Sister seront remixées afin de vous offrir une soirée dansante et festive. De plus, le groupe vous réserve quelques surprises. Venez en grand nombre pour découvrir ce spectacle haut en couleur!

As part of the Montréal en lumière Nuit blanche, Afrikana Soul Sister welcomes new members into their family to present the Soul Sister Remix Project. The multi-instrumentalist, producer, and arranger Jean-François Lemieux and the Senegalese percussionist Fa Cissokho will be accompanied by five guests of different ethnicities: Naxx Bitota, Dawn Cumberbatch, Sasa, RNeuf Jck, and Kayiri.

Like Afrikana Soul Sister, the Soul Sister Remix Project carries this spirit of always wanting to learn from each other. Indeed, bringing communities together is at the core of the project. The songs of the invited artists, as well as their own, will be remixed to offer a festive and joyful evening. In addition, the group has a few surprises in store for you. You don’t want to miss it!
